The European Higher Education Fair took place in Hanoi on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th December 2007 at the National Convention Center and attracted about 3450 visitors. The fair enabled students, their parents and their study advisors and sponsors to find out more about study opportunities in Europe.
Please note that exhibitors taking part in the fair in Hanoi may also apply to participate in EHEF Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday 12th December 2007. For further information on EHEF Ho Chi Minh City, please click here. 81 Higher education institutions and 18 National Representations from 21 EU Member States were present at the Fair. Apart from information booths where visitors were able to collect relevant information from representatives of the participating institutions, 39 country presentations were also made by the National Representations, where students could find out more about study opportunities and scholarship programmes, including the European Commission's Erasmus Mundus programme and its Masters Courses.
Participation in EHEF Ho Chi Minh City costs an additional EUR 350. Freight forwarding Exhibitors are responsible for the transportation of their exhibition materials to the European Higher Education Fair in Hanoi. Exhibitors may use the contractor of their choice. Full details will be sent to exhibitors. Any contractual arrangement between an exhibitor and the freight forwarder is solely an arrangement between the two parties. The implementing agencies/organisers will not be liable in the event of services or payments between the freight forwarder and an exhibitor not being provided as contractually agreed upon. Insurance Your shipment will not be insured by the organisers. In case you wish it to be insured, please procure insurance yourself. Documentation Full details of documentation requirements for Vietnam and consignee details will be circulated to all exhibitors by Schenker in due time. Whichever freight forwarding company you choose to use, further details on transportation, delivery and labelling will be available in the exhibitor manual which selected exhibitors will receive by email.
